Richard is our Chief Development Officer.

 

Richard has over 35 years of experience in the O & G sector, with Owners and E & C Service companies across 3 continents, where he has positively impacted project outcomes and business performance.

 

He has a proven record of leading, collaborating and delivering business results and complex projects through all project phases from development through to execution and start-up.  Richard was the Project Director for AMEC ExxonMobil’s multi-billion-dollar Kearl Expansion project in Alberta.

 

From 2017 to 2019 he spearheaded SNC-Lavalin’s O & G Global Project Development as Senior VP.  He now consults for a transformational leadership company and supports other cleantech start-ups.

 

Richard holds a Masters in Project Management from the University of Aberdeen.
