Steve is our Chief Finance Officer.

 

Steve is a Chartered Accountant with a BSc Honours degree from UCL and over 20 years of board-level experience in finance and operational roles, predominantly in private equity-backed technology focused companies, including involvement in running large funding rounds in a variety of industry sectors.

After gaining his ACA with PWC, and spending time in large Plc’s (Tomkins, RHM, Peek plc), Steve made the move to Private Equity backed ventures joining ACIS, a very small company with cutting edge real time information technology, and was part of a small team who grew the company from ten staff to a business with 200. He also ran two successful MBO’s, finally exiting to Carlyle.

Since ACIS, Steve has been a CFO in a number of other portfolio companies (National Accident Helpline, Wellbeing Software Group, The Instant Group) helping to substantially grow value and raising substantial funds.
